the Federal Aviation Regulations ("FAR"), which govern Airline, Commuter, and On Demand
Operations. Accordingly, operational control of your flights will be vested
in a U.S. Department of Transportation-certificated "Air Carrier" that possesses
the required Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA") Operations Specifications. Outside the USA flights are
flown under the rules of the regulatory body of the country where the aircarft is registered, may be subject to
additionnal rules and conditions and charges. Please read the General Conditions of Carriage and consult with the Air Carrier regarding your
